Fox's Group Order

Hello everyone! I'm Rainie and group order manager (GOM) for FoxGO. My goal is to enabling danmei fans to get their fan goods with reasonable shipping price as we can share international shipping fee to US in a group order.

Just notify me before I ship your items. After your item has been shipped, I cannot make changes
Cancel/Refund order?
If your item(s) has not been placed, you can cancel it with full refund. No cancellation/refund after I placed your items. You will be removed from my GO list if cancelling for 3 timesPlease note that failure to pay your EMS by deadline without any notifications to me will permanently remove you from participating in my future GO/IOs. I will still try to hold your item(s) for shipment if you happen to pay EMS/DMS in a later time (maximum within 1 month after the deadline), after that, your items will be put up for reclaiming without any refund; however, you will be blacklisted and excluded from future joining
Individual orders?
I am considering opening individual orders for everyone if there are certain kind of goods that you would like to purchase without a GO available. Since I am still very new to manage GO & still in learning phase, this option is not available at this time. I will announce publicly on Twitter whenever I feel confident to handle individual orders.
Payment deadline?
Depend on which GO I am hosting. If it is P4P project or some limited items, deadline for first payment (pay for items) will most likely at the time the GO closes. Deadline for EMS/DMS is more lenient, (about 2 weeks after email to collect shipping fees is sent).
Combining items?
If you would like to combine items that placed in different GOs but have arrived in different batches, you are welcome to do so to save domestic shipping fee. However, the EMS fee has to be paid by the deadline as everyone else. I will hold your items until next batch(s) and send you whenever you are ready. Just let me know by email or direct message through Twitter or Discord.

How does it work?Purchasing goods oversea individually is often expensive due to international shipping. The purpose of my GOs is gathering orders of everyone as a group, so we can share the shipping fee together and make it more accessible with reasonable prices.
My role is managing the GO. I will place orders directly from official sites in Viet, China, Taiwan... Your goods will be gathered as a batch and shipped to my address. I then will distribute them to you individually. As the shipping rate fluctuates, EMS can only be calculated at the time we ship the batch, but we will try to make it as cost-effective as it can be.

The process🌸 Start with a Google Form
I will collect your interests by Google Forms. I will most likely host GOs with limited number of participants [in range of 10- 30 people, depending on my capacity]. Forms will be dropped at a certain time and will be announced ahead of time on FoxGO's Twitter. I will follow up with a confirmation email with information of payment amount and payment deadline. If you miss the deadline, your order will automatically be canceled unless you contact me to make arrangement. Please note that I can only allow automatic cancellations up to 3 times. If you fail to commit to your order(s) more than 3 times, I will exclude you from participating in my future GOs.🌸 Collecting EMS/DMS payments
When the merches have reached me, I will divide the EMS cost across participants based on the weight/bulkiness of your items. EMS and DMS will be calculated together, unless announced differently. I will send a follow up email to collect EMS/DMS fees with a certain deadline. Deadline of shipping fee collection is about 2 weeks after I send the email to collect those fees, except otherwise announced.
If you want to combine merchs from different batches to save DMS or need to extend payment deadline, you can contact me to arrange that. Failing to pay your EMS/DMS on time without any notification to me will result in loosing your items without refund. I will put your items for reclaiming at a later time.
I can keep your items to combine from different batches to save your DMS, but EMS should be paid on the deadline as everyone else to help me funding for other ongoing GOs.

After I get your full payment, I will try to pack your items as soon as time permits. An email with tracking number will be sent to you.

🚩 Shipping speed: As we need to wait until the batch reaches a certain weight threshold to lower the shipping fee, it may take a couple months to ship them to you. Cheapest/wholesale shipping rate is typically the slowest speed... Please be patient.
🚩 Refund/Cancellation: As this is a group order, cancelling your items will affect the whole group in some ways, please consider joining my GO only when you feel you can commit to your order. No refund/cancellation are accepted after I place the group order (unless mistakes from my end).
🚩 Damages during the stage of shipping are out of my control. You are fully responsible for the damages of items during shipping stages. I am not responsible for lost package during shipping.
🚩 If there is any issue with your shipment, please notify me within 30 days of delivery (after receiving your shipping tracking #). Unboxing video is required in case of missing items.
🚩 Please understand that as I will try my best to obtain limited extra gifts (including signatures, extra bonus items that the merch companies/bookstores give out with limited quantity or within limited time-frame, bonus items for orders that reach a certain threshold, etc.), it is NOT GUARANTEED that I can get them for you. It is my extra effort to enabling you with more items with no extra cost. In case your order is qualified for extra gifts and the merch companies/bookstores fail to send me that extra gifts (which normally happens, unfortunately), I am not responsible for the missing extra gifts. It is very troublesome to ask them resend the extra gifts, especially for oversea's buyers.
